How do you use rub-ons for scrapbooking?
To add to the other poster’s answer, you should position the rub-on BEFORE taking the backing off, otherwise its just going to stick to whatever you put it on. The adhesive is put on the backside of the rub-on to make it easier, and its always packaged with a waxy backing to keep it from sticking to that during transport.
Once you position it, just use the stick (if the kit comes with one) to rub it against your layout. You will be able to see it peel away from the plastic top (the other backing, the one that the rub on was laid out on), this will let you know that all of the rub on actually transferred. Keep rubbing it with the stick until you see this, otherwise you will end up taking off some of the rub on onto the plastic backing and it will ruin your layout.
