If you had all the storage/space available how would you organize all of your scrapbooking supplies?
I have the fortunate space of a room for a “Scrapbooking Room.” I have longed for this for years and now don’t know what to do with the space. I believe I have enough storage to put everything in its own place, but would love to know how to organize it as the best way!! I want to do it right the right way, so that I will never have to go back and reorganize– never taking me away from my current and future projects. I know each person has their own way… I would love ideas to how you do it, to then make my own way, too! Thanks so much in advance.
Well, if I was blessed with my own scrapbooking room, it would be organized as follows:
Paper: organized by size then by color or theme.
Embellishments: Organized by type, then color, then size.
Tools: cutting, piercing, clamping, etc. organized by most used.
A area organized with the events or photos I want to Scrapbook by importance or prevalence.
Ink’s organized by type then color.
Stamps organized by theme.
A spot for my inspirations.
A spot for my works in progress.
I’m sure I can think of more! lol. But most important, it would all be in place where I felt effortless utilizing all of my supplies. And optimizing my creativity. And right in the middle of it all, I’d have a huge table, where the smaller tools were (tweezers, glue, scissors).
